Pre-configured GPS tracker for cars, bakkies, motorbikes and trailers. No SIM to source, no RICA, no technician. Free tracking platform for life.
R1,699 once-off. First year connectivity free, then R20/month. No contract, cancel anytime.
Own the device. Keep the platform free. Know the moment it moves.
The covert GPS tracker you own outright — know the moment it moves.
At 35g and matchbox-sized, ShadowGuard hides under a panel, behind a lining, or inside a frame. It sleeps until your vehicle moves, then wakes, alerts you, and tracks — an active 2-minute trail while it still leads somewhere. Wire it into a car or run it on its own battery. Your tracking platform is free for life, and your first year of connectivity is included.
WHAT YOU’RE PROTECTING
ShadowGuard is used to protect:
- Cars and bakkies
- Motorcycles, scooters and dirt bikes
- Trailers and caravans
- Bicycles and e-bikes
- Boats and jet skis
- Quads and ATVs
- Camera and production gear
- Golf carts, generators and equipment
Second vehicles, the weekend bike, the work bakkie, the trailer behind it — anything you’d rather protect without signing a three-year contract.
WHAT YOU GET
The device
- 35g, matchbox-sized (46 × 41 × 16mm) – hides almost anywhere
- IP68 waterproof, built to sit outdoors year-round
- Battery or wired — mostly parked 2–5 weeks per charge; an hour or two on the road most days about a week; on the road most of the day every 3–4 days
- Runs on Vodacom NB-IoT – built to reach into rural and low-signal areas where ordinary trackers go quiet
The platform – free for life
- Motion, tamper, and geofence alerts to you
- SOS alert button – sends an immediate alert straight to you and your emergency contact
- Active tracking – a location every 2 minutes while it’s moving
- Full route-history playback, one-click Google Maps directions
- Track unlimited assets on one dashboard
- Secure temporary location sharing
- Works on any phone or PC
Alerts come to you and the people you choose — not a call centre.
Connectivity
- Year 1 included free – connectivity and unlimited WhatsApp alerts
- Year 2 onward: R20/month to stay connected – your alerts keep coming as push notifications – or Connected at R99/month if you want them on WhatsApp.
- No contract, cancel anytime
SET UP IN 5 MINUTES
- Register your device online – credentials arrive by email
- Power it on
- Start tracking – on any phone or PC
Pre-configured out of the box. No SIM to source, no RICA, no technician.
FIT IT IN MINUTES — BATTERY OR WIRED
Everything to fit it is in the box – no tools, no drilling.
- VHB double-sided tape for a permanent bond on non-metal surfaces, rated for outdoor conditions
- Cable-tie loops for frames, bars, straps or roll cages
- Silicone case protecting the device in any configuration
For a car or bakkie, wire it in and forget it. A 12V-to-5V adapter on an add-a-circuit fuse tap (sold separately) — nothing cut, nothing spliced, a DIY job if you’ve ever fitted a dashcam, or ten minutes at a fitment centre if you’d rather. The internal battery becomes backup: cut the power and it keeps tracking and sends you a tamper alert.
