ShadowGuard GPS Tracker: Quick Start Guide

Follow these 4 steps to activate your tracker and begin monitoring your assets.

1. Register Your Device

Click here to Register Your Device and submit your details and the Device ID.

2. Log In

Click here to open the Tracking Platform and log in using your credentials. (Your map screen should now be visible)

3. Power ON

Press and hold the SOS button until the blue LED light turns on.

4. Acquire a GPS Fix

Take the device outside with a clear view of the sky. Press and hold the SOS button for 5 seconds. Wait for the LED to turn solid green or for the location to update on the map (typically within 2 minutes). This ensures the device establishes an accurate initial GPS fix.

If the light doesn’t turn green or the map doesn’t update, gently shake the device while outdoors with a clear view of the sky. Keep it outside for up to 2 minutes until the signal is acquired and the device appears in the correct location on your map.
